Our State Farm agency in Mint Hill, North Carolina is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, organized person for an Account Manager role. In this sales-focused role, you'll build relationships with potential customers, and will also deepen relationships with our existing customer base. This position pays a base salary plus commission. You're directly in control of how much money you make!

We're a tight-knit office with a focus on building strong community connections and enjoying a good work-life balance. Your work stays at the office when you head home for the day, and there's no weekend work required. We were recently named one of the top State Farm agencies in the country, so we're ready to keep growing!

Responsibilities include:

Develop leads and close sales
Turn your existing connections into customers. That restaurant you love? They need insurance! You can turn them into a State Farm customer!
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and educate on relevant products
Establish and manage customer relationships
Consistently strive to beat sales goals
Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensing

Though this is a sales role, sales experience is not required, nor is insurance experience. If you're outgoing and willing to learn, we can teach you the rest.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
