As an Account Associate, your role will be to assist with the daily functions of our office. Expectations will be high and the environment will be fast-paced and competitive, but the potential is limitless. Consider this your first step towards a rewarding career in our agency!
Responsibilities
- Establish & deepen existing customer relationships
- Learn and become proficient in State Farm’s products and services
- Manage customer needs and office administrative tasks
- Includes handling billing questions, policy changes, assisting in the claims process.
- Develop leads & prospects
- Self-generating business – EVERYONE you meet is a potential client!
- Scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop, monitor & improve office processes
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
